    Rapid Resistance Training is an extremely efficient and effective way to get into the best shape of your life. At Kettlebell Advantage we've combined some of the most versatile training tools in the world including the Russian Kettlebell, TRX Suspension Trainers, Concept 2 Rowing Machines and Air Assault Treadmills to build functional strength and endurance, increase flexibility and give you the lean body you've always wanted. We guarantee results for anyone that is consistent and works hard. In addition to Kettlebells, TRX and Rowing machines our workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements using your own body-weight, conditioning ropes, plyometrics and more executed at high intensity.

    Essentially, a fun, friendly, yet high-intensity small group workout offered 6 days a week. Our certified Kettlebell and TRX Instructors design every workout with and endless number of exercise progressions and combinations so your body is always challenged and you're never bored.
